Our flat rate minimum $135 includes up to 3 hours of cleaning. If the job takes less than 3 hours, the full flat rate will still apply. For cleanings that exceed 3 hours, an additional hourly charge will be added for the extra time.

We accept payments through Quickbooks, Payments including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. We also accept cash payments in person and e-transfers.
